bisects Loop 101 and stretches from Thomas Road to Campbell Avenue, just
south of Camelback Road. Algodón Center will include build-to-suit medical
office buildings, as well as Class A corporate office users who want to be
close to the highly educated West Valley labor pool.
In its first phase Algodón Center has Algodón
Medical Office Park (AMOP) - a retail center, an 80,000 s.f. medical office
building, and coming soon a 7 acre acute care center. Land is available for
future corporate growth. Additionally, the park is governed by CC&Rs and
design guidelines to protect corporations' major investment.
